Sent on Mission
Strategy and Full Execution
Continue the success of Unleash the Gospel through a dedicated campaign to gather resources to go on mission.

The Archdiocese of Detroit
CCS Fundraising

The Problem
Let’s set the stage: the Unleash the Gospel pastoral letter and subsequent evangelization and engagement movement is going full speed: a brilliant magazine, a launch in every parish, resources of the highest degree. But the people of God ask, “How do we bring this momentum to our parish?” The answer: a campaign around prayer, gathering resources, and sharing the faith. The problem? It’s still a capital campaign, and the Archdiocese’ last one failed.
The Solution
A close partnership with the Communications team at the Archdiocese (under the leadership of Edmundo Reyes) created the perfect fusion of utilizing the successful movement and the new challenge to move forward, and Sent on Mission was born. We were proud to contribute through film, web, design, and creative services to build a strong and compelling presentation, both from a fundraising and an engagement perspective.

The Results
Unfortunately, COVID-19 had different plans for the effort. The campaign was suspended in March until further notice, just as parishes began launching the campaign in their communities and donations began coming in.
Services
Branding, marketing strategy, graphic design, print design, film and motion graphics, web development, and photography.
Secret Sauce
Don’t reinvent the wheel! The strong brand and ethos of Unleash the Gospel was the perfect starting point for the evolution in tone and design we created for Sent on Mission.
Big Thanks
Edmundo Reyes, the Communications team at the Archdiocese of Detroit, CCS Fundraising, and Jim Thomas in the Development office.
